What we collect

When you submit a form on this site — a Leak Report inquiry, a partner request, or a general contact message — we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, work email, markets sold to, and message. If you engage LibriTax, we also process the product and invoice data you choose to share with us, on a read-only basis, solely to check it for tax discrepancies.

Why we process it

We process contact and inquiry data to respond to you and to provide the service you requested (our legitimate interest and, where relevant, the performance of a contract). We process product and invoice data on the same legal bases, only for the purpose of classification and rate checking with human review.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to follow up and to meet legal obligations, then delete it. Service data is retained for the duration of the engagement and deleted or returned afterwards on request.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).
